Linda with husband Joe, Sedona's Police Chief.

"Linda has the unique ability to understand your real estate needs and to turn those needs into the home or property of your dreams."

Linda was born and grew up in Vermont where she owned her own retail businesses. She later moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she met and married her husband Joe. Linda transitioned from being a business owner to a professional facilitator and negotiator for the City of Colorado Springs Utilities.

"Often the difference (in real estate) between packing to move and starting to look all over again is in the negotiations."

Linda is a polished negotiator whose style helps make it a win-win situation for both the buyer and seller.

The Verniers moved to Sedona when Linda's husband Joe was selected as Police Chief. "The transition has been exciting, fun, and rewarding. I love the small town atmosphere and friendliness, and the bonus is I really enjoy my career in real estate."

Linda has the unique ability to understand your real estate needs and turn those needs into the home or property of your dreams. She is noted for providing exceptional customer service and for her communication skills.
